Additionally to my Restorative Yoga offerings, I am certified in sound therapies bringing the world of Yoga (yoga means union incase you were unaware) and therapeutic sounds with harmonious resonating frequencies and vibrations) together for a relaxing, restorative and aligning experience.
Creating custom experiences are my favorite offering, and I love to work with people prioritizing their well being and health.

Restoration is the pathway to healing the mind and nervous system on a cellular level. Each time we practice mindfulness in a restful state, we build new neurons (pathways in the brain) and remember how to respond in place of react to situations in our day to day lives

When we allow our Nervous system to rest, we allow our bodies to begin to Restore on a cellular level
Yoga Nidra is an awareness practice that aids in our ability to keep our Nervous System regulated.
By practicing this art, we begin to train our minds to work for us rather than to work for our mind
In this process, we bring the body to a state that allows it to truly rest, and begin to restore while training the mind to be our Ally as opposed to our own worst enemy
